As an **HR Officer**, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring effective human resources practices within the company.
- Responsibilities:_
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Prepare job descriptions and post job ads.
- Manage the hiring process, from screening to orientation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
**Employee Relations**:
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support disciplinary and grievance processes.
**Training and Development**:
- Develop training programs.
- Assist in performance management.
- Foster a learning culture.
**Record Keeping and Compliance**:
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle payroll-related tasks.
- Qualifications:_
- Proven experience as an HR officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, benefits, etc.).
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Relevant degree or certification in business administration or HR.
