**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Administration:_
- Maintain and organize expense filing systems for multiple departments.
- Perform monthly bank imports and reconciliations using **Xero**.
- Oversee cash records, summaries, and donor receipts.
- General Business Administration:_
- Manage insurance schedules, claims, and the asset register.
- Prepare statutory documents and maintain supplier databases.
- Handle wage schedules, employee leave schedules, and vehicle licensing.
- Assist with employee contracts, travel arrangements, and inter-company calculations.
- Project Administration:_
- Assist with fee proposals, project budgets, and completion documents.
- Create and maintain project records, including accurate rates and client details in **Avaza**.
- Generate invoices, statements, and manage debt collection.
- Record and report sales and meeting minutes.
- Marketing Support:_
- Plan and update online content in collaboration with marketing service providers.
- Extend and maintain the contacts database, and monitor online engagement.
- Assist with website updates and marketing campaigns to improve outreach.
- Provide input on marketing meetings and on-site quotation preparation.
- Other Responsibilities:_
- Manage property-related tasks, including tenant sourcing, contracts, and bookings.
- Oversee maintenance, cleaning arrangements, and recruitment initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in administration or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in tools like Xero and project management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Work Environment**:
This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Afrikaans and English (required)

License/Certification:
