This role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR and administrative excellence. As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department, managing employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the estate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, contracts, and leave records.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation as required.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Administer and track employee leave requests, sick leave, and attendance.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data is provided to the payroll team.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other HR-related events.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Assist with performance reviews and probationary assessments.
- Manage HR-related correspondence and communications.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in HR practices and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, within a hospitality HR department.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data management.
- Familiarity with South African labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
