Are you highly competent in Excel and Google Sheets with ability to
complete pivot tables, calculations, formulas & conditional formatting?
We need strong support to assist the Payroll Officer, HR & Office Manager
in a role that involves extensive working with data - this experience is
essential
Experience working with data, strong self-discipline and attention to detail
is the focus that we require for this crucial role.
Hours: Mon - Fri 08:00 to 17:00
**Salary**: R12 - R14k CTC negotiable dependent on experience.
**Requirements**:
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience with managing compliance with data protection
legislation
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and
reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience with
internal software systems.
Understanding of data protection legislation, contracts and the
importance of maintaining confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately capture and input data from various platforms, including

Monitor internal processes and deadlines, ensuring timely completion
of associated tasks.

Variances.
Compliance with observing the highest possible standards in relation
to client and customer confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
Pay: R12 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
