**You will report to the **HR Business Partner - Customer Service**

**The responsibilities will include**:

- Proactively build a recruitment pipeline for high-impact roles/critical roles
- Take ownership of the Festive Recruitment including screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Proven experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
- Prepare relevant recruitment reports in order to enhance the recruitment process and practices
- Responsible for selection and definition of attraction strategy, to include online advertising, CV mining and attending recruitment events as and when relevant for the business
- Partner with the talent team to align and implement best practice to improve the recruitment process
- Partner with HR for the running of learnership programs from recruitment to completion
- Onboarding and Offboarding survey to understand where improvement in the employee experience can be improved
- Understand and align with the EE objectives for the current EE plan
- Report on a weekly and monthly basis on Greenhouse to provide expert intel on recruitment and pipelines

- Solution-driven. You have a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and are proactive about driving towards a solution
- Confident at partnering with hiring managers

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Senior Certificate or Higher
- 12 months Customer Service experience
- Solid exposure to the recruiting experience in a call centre environment
- MS Office
- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
