Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

At EXL Service, we are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. This role will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and excel in the utilities industry and existing markets of the UK Market with a combination of providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle major inbound and few outbound calls for customers to deliver high standards of service.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months call centre experience
  • Matric clear credit record
  • Crim record free
  • South African based in Cape Town
  • Well-spoken

R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience.
