Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls, providing high-quality service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of call centre experience, a clear matriculation certificate, and a clean credit and criminal record. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Afrikaans is a plus.
Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyse customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6-12 months of call centre experience.
- A clear matriculation certificate.
- A clean credit and criminal record.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (Afrikaans is a plus).
We offer a competitive salary of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organisation.
