The role of the Office Administrator is to perform all administrative supporting functions to all members of the organisation. The Office Administrator will report directly to the technical manager and function as an active member of the technical department. This role involves direct contact with the customer which will be their experience of the company and therefore you must provide an exemplary service, this is fundamental to the future success of the company.

**Educational Requirements/Skills**

N2-N4 Office Administration Certificate

MS-Office - Excellent

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
To support the all business administrative functions including

Invoicing, stock order, liaise with suppliers, supplier database registration

Customer records management (Equipment schedule, asset registers, service records, etc)

To monitor and be aware of work schedule and allocation

To be flexible with the working patterns as and when required by management

To provide customers with friendly and professional service

To undertake any training provided by the company

To liaise with technical staff to assist in addressing queries /complaints/compliments

Provide suggestions for improvement of business practices within the Company

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: R5 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
