Group Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for both properties to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities to drive bookings.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Conduct site inspections and host sales presentations to showcase the properties to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to departure.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the hotels and build networks.
**Requirements**:
- SA citizen.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, managing multiple properties.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE, and leisure markets.
- Dynamic with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and implement effective strategies.
- Willingness to travel between Cape Town and Johannesburg when required.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
