Partner Manager

**As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Manager to join our team and help us expand our strategic partnerships.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
2. Partnership Strategy: Work with the Channel Manager to execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's business objectives to drive growth and revenue.
3. Partner Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote and sell our products and services.
4. Business Development: Work with the Channel Manager to identify new partnership opportunities and evaluate potential partners to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth.
5. Negotiation and Contract Management: Work with the Channel Manager and other key stakeholders to negotiate partnerships and ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties, while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance and track key metrics to assess the effectiveness of partnerships, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
7. Marketing and Promotions: Work with the Channel Manager and stakeholders to roll-out marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and promotional activities to generate awareness and demand.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align partnership activities with overall company objectives and customer needs.
9. Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities and potential risks.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry.
3. Strong understanding of the SaaS market, with experience in selling or working with SaaS solutions.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
5. Demonstrated track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships.
6. Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
8. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
10. Experience working with HubSpot, and other online tools is preferred.
11. Ability to travel, if required.
