**Short Description**: As a Partner Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Hexagon and external companies. Your mission? To recruit new partners, nurture existing relationships, and drive mutual success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor Program Objectives: Keep a close eye on our program goals and provide critical performance feedback.
- Customer Insights: Gain deep understanding from key decision-makers about customer needs.
- Promote Hexagon Solutions: Showcase our portfolio to stakeholders and prospective customers, supporting the sales process.
- Build Trust: Establish company credibility, brand value, and trust with key stakeholders.
- Accountability: Hold partners and stakeholders to agreed-upon commitments and objectives.
- Internal Alignment: Collaborate with our partner leadership team to achieve common goals.
- Pipeline Ownership: Identify, drive, and manage partner-led pipeline opportunities.
- Metrics Mastery: Track and measure partners’ success against key metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the direct sales organization to optimize channel engagements and revenue.
- Performance Insights: Provide partners with performance data and collaborate on growth strategies.
- Executive Relationships: Develop and maintain strong ties with partner executives (including C-level) across sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Revenue Impact: Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
- Change Management: Submit change requests and collaborate with internal teams on solutions.
**Requirements**:
- You have a proven track record in sales
- Metrology Background (university degree or technical school)
- 5-10 years in account management within a channel sales organization.
- You’re Action-Oriented: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- Fluency in foreign French and/or Portuguese is highly valued.
