Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Trainer to join their fast-paced and dynamic team based in Cape Town.
**Duties And Responsibilities**
- Support management with company induction for new employees.
- Coach and support all new contact centre staff.
- Provide feedback and quality call monitoring sessions.
- Make amendments to the training modules.
**Qualifications and experience**
- Matric.
- Valid drivers license.
- 2-3 years in a similar role
**Technical Competencies**
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a very fast paced environment.
**Behavioural Competencies**
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Task driven and delivery focused.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
