Policy & Query Administrator

The Policy and Query Administrator will be responsible to provide a full range of customer services duties as well as underwriting support in order to satisfy the needs and expectations of the organizations clientele.
**Position Overview**:
**Specific Role Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to customers and other strategic partners
- Handle queries and provide resolutions to such queries
- Following up on queries/cases until resolved
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is met at all times
- Manage accounts
- Perform data entry
- Print and check policy schedules
- Ensuring that client data is kept up to date at all times
- Provide underwriting support
- Create endorsements and quotes
- Increase policies annually
- Up sell products to existing Clients
- Accurately logging cases on the system
- Retain Clients that wish to leave
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- FAIS accredited
- Min 2-3 years in Administration experience in a same or similar role
- Must have shot-term insurance experience (i.e. Motor Comprehensives insurance) within a Customer Care Role
- Excellent telephone skills with professional telephone manner, commercial acumen and the capability to communicate with enthusiasm and drive
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) - Good command of the English language
- Computer literate

- MS Outlook
