**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The People Ops Administrator’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the People Ops Partner in Logistics. The role is critical in ensuring that the department’s day-to-day operations are running smoothly. From scheduling interviews and maintaining filing systems, this role is essential in helping the People Ops team stay organized and on top of their various responsibilities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform People Operations-related administrative duties.
- Keeping an organized track of all documentation and employee records.
- Offering general support to team members with general queries related to company policies.
- Schedule training sessions for logistics team.
- Assisting with payroll and onboarding administration.
- Assist in the collection of data to compile all People Ops reports.
- Ensure employee data is handled and protected under the applicable laws.
- Assisting with employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate and oversee the issuing of long service vouchers.
- Assist with Culture initiatives and activities to build and support our unique company culture.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- A degree in Business Administration or in Human Resource Management.

**COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Building and maintaining relationships in support and living out the company culture.
- Friendly, helpful, confident yet humble, and able to work well in a team.
- Ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic environment with a can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail, good time management skills and organizational skills.

Salary - R 18 000 CTC
