**Key Brand Manager**

**This position reports to the Retail Buying Manager**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring full product range agreed with Takealot is live.
- Ensuring we are meeting our ambition in terms of revenue, unit sales and page views
- Schedule inbound and returns to ensure optimal stock rotation and efficient stock holding
- Ensuring content of each product is up to required standards
- Build and execute on brand marketing plan
- Provide, document, and analyse all proofs of execution - perform ROI analysis, gather data for specific campaigns.
- Provide regular analysis on the performance of the brand and the agreed metrics
- Create monthly commercial planning and brief for creatives on all main marketing channels
- Coordinating all promotions
- Preparing and leading monthly business review of Accounts Performance
- Merchandising of Account on site
- Financial reconciliation and account management
- Budget and forecasting for all key metrics ie. revenue, unit sales, page views, conversion rate and average item value

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree (Business Science/BCom/BSc)
- 3-5 years Consulting or brand/category management experience OR
- If the Degree qualification requirement isn't met, at least 6 years experience in Consulting or brand/category management
- Experience and/or passion for the Beauty Industry is required
- International e-Commerce experience is advantageous
