Key Accounts Manager

Our client, a manufacturer and distributor of ceiling, partitioning, access flooring, and structural steel systems, is currently recruiting a Key Account manager to bring in new business through cold calling Face to Face.
T his position is between the Paarden Eiland and Parrow Branches.
The following are considered the Key Performance areas for this position:
- Assist customers with obtaining quotes
- Advise customers on the optimal quantity and quality of stock for their project
- Handle payments from both cash and account customers, and follow up on any outstanding payments
- Address and resolve complaints from key clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients that contribute significantly to the companys revenue
- Serve as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with internal sales and logistics departments to ensure key clients needs are met
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of key clients needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions accordingly.
**Own Car is essential.**
Office Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7am to 4.30pm
Friday 7am to 2.30pm
Saturday 7.30am to 12 noon.
