Responsibilities:

  • Timeous, professional and accurate handling of queries.
  • Drafting and advertising vacancies.
  • Shortlisting of CV's, scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Conduct all employment checks.
  • Prepare recruitment starter packs for newly appointed employees.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding and exit interviews.
  • Preparing HR documents.
  • Quality check monthly timesheets (Checking the correspondence of sick, and family responsibility leave on time sheets and HRIS, calculating overtime).
  • Prepare Injury on duty (IOD) documents.
  • Provide professional HR Administration services of Payroll, Benefits and Wellness.
  • Record keeping and filing up to date, including employee files, leave, medical aid and provident fund records.
  • Benefit fund records (inclusive of new entrants, withdrawals, death and disability claims).
  • Liaison with medical aid and provident fund administrators and any other service providers.
  • Coordinating HR Related Events.
  • Updating and maintain Human Resources Tracker.
  • Other general HR duties as and when required.

Competencies

  • Advanced knowledge of MS office.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Initiative and creative problemsolving skills.
  • Passionate about HR
  • Knowledge of BCoE and LRA

Educational Qualifications & Experience
Year experience in Human Resource.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • National Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant Qualification
  • Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
  • Driver's License (NON NEGOTIABLE)
