Responsibilities:
- Timeous, professional and accurate handling of queries.
- Drafting and advertising vacancies.
- Shortlisting of CV's, scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Conduct all employment checks.
- Prepare recruitment starter packs for newly appointed employees.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding and exit interviews.
- Preparing HR documents.
- Quality check monthly timesheets (Checking the correspondence of sick, and family responsibility leave on time sheets and HRIS, calculating overtime).
- Prepare Injury on duty (IOD) documents.
- Provide professional HR Administration services of Payroll, Benefits and Wellness.
- Record keeping and filing up to date, including employee files, leave, medical aid and provident fund records.
- Benefit fund records (inclusive of new entrants, withdrawals, death and disability claims).
- Liaison with medical aid and provident fund administrators and any other service providers.
- Coordinating HR Related Events.
- Updating and maintain Human Resources Tracker.
- Other general HR duties as and when required.
Competencies
- Advanced knowledge of MS office.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
- Excellent administrative skills
- Initiative and creative problemsolving skills.
- Passionate about HR
- Knowledge of BCoE and LRA
Educational Qualifications & Experience
Year experience in Human Resource.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- National Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant Qualification
- Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
- Driver's License (NON NEGOTIABLE)
