Your role


We work in a highly specialized environment, seeking hard to find skills and recruitment is one of the main responsibilities of this position.


Main Tasks:
Manage endtoend recruitment processesTrain and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs and networking eventsEnsure compliance with statutory regulations, internal policies and corporate governance Maintain accurate HR records Act as a change agent to support transformation initiatives Provide professional advice to managers and employees Address employee concerns and grievances Assist with general HR support
Profile:Required skills:

Proven experience as a Recruiter with an excellent awareness of Engineering and software development terminology and skills Experience working for Technology, Software Development or similar businesses Uptodate indepth knowledge of general HR policies and procedures and good practice Good knowledge of BCEA with a pragmatic and commonsense approach Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills Highly proficient in spoken and written English Workday experience Outstanding knowledge of MS officeCompetencies:
  • HRM Fundamentals
Recruitment experience EE PPA AccreditationQualification: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, alternatively HRM DiplomaWhat you will be a part of
