Human Resource Business Partner

Our client is a group of companies focused on providing administration, health and financial services and IT solutions to the health and insurance industry.
Human Resources is part of shared services that provide people practices, strategic and HR administration support to the entire group of companies.
_ Purpose of the Role_
The HR Business Partner oversees all human resources operations for a specific company or companies within the group and ensures it is aligned with the business's goals.
_ Responsibilities_
- Implement group people practices strategy within companies of responsibility and provide input into annual strategy review.
- Uphold company culture, employee value proposition and standardisation of employee experience across the group.
- Consult with managers within companies of responsibility and provide daily HR guidance.
- Resolve all employee relations queries, complaints and issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and manage adherence to policies and procedures within companies of responsibility.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals and liaise with L&D to develop annual training program.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, company and other reporting and legislation requirements.
- Execute all HR administration according to defined processes and checklists.
- Manage attraction and acquisition of skilled talent as per organisation requirements.
- Ad hoc HR projects.
_ Competencies_
Knowledge
- Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, or similar field.
- Industrial Relations and Labour Legislation.
- HR functions and best practices.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Human Resources in a senior role.
- Similar industry experience preferred.
Skills
- Works independently and delivers with mínimal supervision.
- Interacts comfortably with a variety of personality types.
- Creative, analytical, and persistent, with skills in lateral thinking and logical reasoning.
- Ability to manage emotions and remain calm under pressure.
- Has an eye for detail to ensure accuracy of information provided.
