The overall role and responsibilities will be to manage key HR function and support management with successful delivery of the HR strategy and processes at all stages of the employee lifecycle.

The role holder will be expected to work with the wider Group HR team to help drive forward the global people agenda through participating in global HR projects and programs.


Support Business through the Employee Lifecycle:

  • Analyse business trends and advise line managers and HR on recommended solutions
  • Provide line managers with advice pertaining to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist business in recruiting the right calibre of staff required, in line with EE goals

Experience:

A minimum of 6 years' experience in an HRBP position, preferably within Financial Services.

Workday and CloudPay experience would be advantageous and sound knowledge of Labour Law is essential.

Skill requirements:

  • Ability to drive the HR strategy in line with business requirements
  • Handson approach with strong generalist experience
  • Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • The ability to maintain and promote a strongly collegiate firm culture and to uphold and strengthen the core
values of the firm amongst staff

  • Assertive but diplomatic in handling sensitive issues
  • Ability to effectively handle several and diverse projects simultaneously
  • Good critical thinking skills
  • Strong written communication skills
