Job Title: Key Accounts Business Development Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Business Development Manager to join our team at HR Genie. As a Key Accounts Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow key account sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to management

**Requirements:**

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Relevant B Degree tertiary qualification

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Postgraduate qualification in Sales or Business Administration
  • Experience in the retail and wholesale industry
  • Experience in catering equipment an advantage

**Working Conditions:**

  • External sales role
  • Fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Interaction with various internal and external stakeholders
