An exciting opportunity for a HR and Payroll Administrator.
My client is a renowned organization listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and is seeking a skilled HR and Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team.
As an HR and Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient human resource administration and record-keeping services to support the smooth functioning of the business operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a comprehensive range of HR administrative services, including but not limited to staff appointments, terminations, payroll input, and leave administration.
- Collaborate closely with the Human Resources Shared Services team to deliver transactional services to employees, Line Management, and the HR Business Partner.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Coordinate the administration of long service awards, recognizing and celebrating the commitment and dedication of our employees.
- Oversee file management, ensuring proper organization and safe storage of HR-related documentation.
- Conduct induction programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and promoting a positive employee experience.
**Requirements**:
- Matric and Diploma in Human Resources (copies of qualifications needed)
- Proven experience as an HR and Payroll Administrator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices, including staff appointments, terminations, payroll administration, and leave management.
