- evelop and implement compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives and prepare presentations to Area Leadership. A
- dminister employee compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and merit increases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations. C
- ollaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR business partners and finance, to ensure effective communication and coordination of compensation and benefits initiatives. P
- rovide compensation coaching, allowance review, and propose changes. A
- ssist with n ew job evaluation for non-U.S. country specific roles. C
- ollaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR business partners and finance, in providing guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters, including inquiries, issues, and policy interpretation. P
- rovide l ocal benefits and compensation analysis and prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management. P
- articipate in compensation and benefits surveys and requests and analysis in partnership with HQ. A
- dminister and coordinate mobility/relocation benefits. A
- ssist in developing and delivering training programs and educational materials related to compensation and benefits, and enrollment and renewal. C
- oordinate and administer retirement plan coordination, administration, and payout. R
- esponsible for leave benefits administration (Parental, Maternity, Short-term disability, workers comp, etc.) M
- aintain confidentiality and integrity of employee compensation and benefits information. B
- e accountable for other HR essential services initiatives and projects as needed.

- ust be worthy of and hold a current/valid Temple Recommend. H
- ave a strong personal testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and a commitment to the spiritual growth of the Youth and Young Single Adult’s. R
- ecognized Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources, Finance, Industrial Psychology, or related field, with at least 5 years of compensation and benefit or HR Generalist experience. F
- amiliarity of best practices in compensation and benefits administration and/or Human Resource functions. S
- trong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform market analysis, and make data-driven recommendations. E
- xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. K
- nowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits. P
- ey skills and core competencies include the ability to: B
