JOB PURPOSE

To manage employee data, ensure the accuracy of timesheets, compute wages and ensure that employees

are paid correctly and on time.

KEY ACCOUNTABLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the preparation of payroll documentation, processing of new employees, terminations, inter-branch transfers, earnings, deductions and company contributions on a daily basis.
  • Assist the Payroll Manager with checking and updating reports to ensure that all changes and processes have been captured on a monthly basis.
