**Minimum Requirements**:

- South African citizenship with a Grade 12 certificate
- 2-3 years of payroll experience and 1-2 years in HR administration
- Knowledge of Payspace is advantageous, but strong administrative, time management, and computer skills are essential
- Ability to manage multiple company portfolios
- High stress threshold, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Onboarding and System Administration**: Spearhead the smooth integration of new employees by managing their details on the system, including approved overtime and relevant document uploads.
- **Payroll and HR Support**: Assist the Payroll Director and HR with payroll inputs, leave administration, statutory schedules, and regulations. Engage in general HR administration and manage employee queries.
- **Client and Inter-Departmental Liaison**: Act as a conduit between clients, directors, and different departments, resolving payroll queries, delivering monthly reports, and communicating staff changes.
- **Employee Benefits and Documentation**: Oversee employee benefits, salary increases, loans, terminations, and maintain a comprehensive record of such changes. Handle all documentation for both incoming and outgoing staff, ensuring smooth transitions.
