Restaurant Group based in Rosebank is looking for a Head Office Administrator responsible for managing bookkeeping functions and all aspects of payroll, as well as the timely submissions of information for Employment Equity purposes and Work Place Skills reporting. The incumbent will also be responsible for reconciling banks statements and the management of workman’s compensation claims.

**Reconcile Bank**:

- Review Transactions and comparing bank statements
- Ensure that all deposits and withdrawals’ match
- Reconcile Bank Balances
- Manage thorough document reconciliation for auditing purposes
- Confirm any outstanding transactions
- Investigate discrepancies
- Update records

**Payroll**:

- Administer payroll for employees
- Prepare reports
- Make sure account balances are correct
- Resolve payroll errors

**Company Compliance**:

- Manage the correct submissions and reporting for Employment Equity
- Manage the correct submissions and reporting for Work Place Skills Plan and Annual Training report
- Manage Workman’s Compensation Claims

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Formal qualification in Finance / HR
- Highly organized with sound financial skills
- Hospitality / Restaurant or Hotel background will be an advantage
- Experience in running payroll
- Fully computer literate
- Experience in Employment Equity / Work Place Skills Plan and Annual Training & Workman’s Compensation Claims
