Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for client technical inquiries and issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems in a timely manner.
- Provide remote support via phone, email, and chat to clients.
- Document technical issues and the solutions provided in the support database.
- Work closely with the development team to report and follow up on complex problems.
- Conduct training and provide users with helpful resources and guides.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to better assist clients.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, applications, and networks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support software.
