Help Desk Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist clients with software and hardware setups and configuration.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or management.
- Educate clients on best practices and use of our products/services.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss common issues and improve service strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of basic computer hardware and software functionalities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
- A friendly disposition with a passion for customer service.
- Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
