Vehicles Sales Business Developer

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team as a Fleet Sales Executive in Johannesburg. This role involves managing fleet sales, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving the sales of vehicle fleets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain relationships with fleet clients to identify business opportunities and grow sales.
- Sell vehicle fleets to corporate businesses, government organizations, and other clients, focusing on meeting their transportation needs.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients, ensuring clear understanding of terms and conditions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor and manage fleet sales progress and targets, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the vehicle market and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service and support to fleet clients.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in fleet sales or corporate vehicle sales, preferably in the Johannesburg area.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Knowledge of the vehicle industry and fleet sales processes, including market trends and competitor analysis.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and exceeding expectations.
- A valid driver's license and own transport, with a willingness to travel for business purposes.
- A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, with a focus on business-related studies.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The estimated salary range for this position is R600,000 - R900,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive commission structure and company benefits package.
