We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Meondoholdings.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in sourcing new business opportunities, and have a strong ability to develop and present proposals to potential and existing clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • SOURCE AND ESTABLISH NEW CLIENTS THROUGH PRO-ACTIVE LEAD GENERATION AND COLD CALLING
  • CONVERT QUALIFIED LEADS INTO SALES OPPORTUNITIES
  • DEVELOP AND PRESENT PROPOSALS TO POTENTIAL AND EXISTING CLIENTS
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including meetings, emails, and phone calls
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Submit weekly sales reports to management
  • INNOVATE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BY STAYING UP-TO-DATE WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS AND DEVELOPMENTS
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 qualification
  • Relevant qualification in Sales / Marketing is beneficial
  • Computer literate - full Microsoft suite
  • Valid Code 08 license and own reliable vehicle
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a demanding industry
  • Enthusiastic and vibrant personality with a focus on achieving targets
  • Fully English proficiency
  • Must have experience in the cleaning/security industry
  • Cold calling abilities
  • Ability to generate own leads
  • Ability to complete tenders
  • Ability to create and present PowerPoint presentations
