Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Meondoholdings.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in sourcing new business opportunities, and have a strong ability to develop and present proposals to potential and existing clients.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- SOURCE AND ESTABLISH NEW CLIENTS THROUGH PRO-ACTIVE LEAD GENERATION AND COLD CALLING
- CONVERT QUALIFIED LEADS INTO SALES OPPORTUNITIES
- DEVELOP AND PRESENT PROPOSALS TO POTENTIAL AND EXISTING CLIENTS
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including meetings, emails, and phone calls
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Submit weekly sales reports to management
- INNOVATE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BY STAYING UP-TO-DATE WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS AND DEVELOPMENTS
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 qualification
- Relevant qualification in Sales / Marketing is beneficial
- Computer literate - full Microsoft suite
- Valid Code 08 license and own reliable vehicle
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure in a demanding industry
- Enthusiastic and vibrant personality with a focus on achieving targets
- Fully English proficiency
- Must have experience in the cleaning/security industry
- Cold calling abilities
- Ability to generate own leads
- Ability to complete tenders
- Ability to create and present PowerPoint presentations

Estimated Salary: R400,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The salary is negotiable based on performance and company policies.
