Capital Recruit is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This dynamic position plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and expansion in assigned areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving set sales targets and implementing business development strategies to achieve them.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of Promoters (Field Sales Agents) and ensure they meet their minimum Connection targets.
  • Responsible for recruiting and motivating new team members to achieve their sales targets.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, reporting results to the Regional Sales Manager.
Issuing Stock
  • Issue stock to team members and ensure it is handled with care.
  • Responsible for banking money from sales daily and maintaining accurate records.
Vehicles
  • Use company vehicles for work purposes only and adhere to allocated kilometres for travel.
  • Maintain vehicles in good condition and report any accidents or issues immediately.
Requirements
  • Matric qualification and valid driver's license required.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development preferred.
