Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, ambitious and highly skilled Account Executive to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fast-growing company. As an Account Executive, you should be solution-oriented, results-driven and customer-centric, whilst helping us achieve our business goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and expand our existing client account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients
  • Initiate, build and maintain relationships with new clients with the aim of expanding the portfolio of clients
  • Gain an understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their current and future training needs
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing account opportunities
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements
  • Developing solid sales proposals to ensure ongoing existing client growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to present learning solutions to a large audience
  • Get feedback and suggest ways to increase client engagement
  • Resolve issues and handle client complaints quickly and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clients' needs are met and excellent service is provided
  • Monitor and track sales metrics and targets in line with business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum Education Requirement: Undergraduate Degree (NQF 7)
  • Proven experience working as an Account Executive, or similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
