Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective repairs and quality service delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the necessary services required by customers
- Predict the time needed for completion and stay in constant communication with customers during the repair process
- Provide estimated cost analysis of repairs and routine maintenance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
