Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective repairs and quality service delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the necessary services required by customers
  • Predict the time needed for completion and stay in constant communication with customers during the repair process
  • Provide estimated cost analysis of repairs and routine maintenance
