Key Responsibilities:

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at SA Commercial (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. Your duties will include managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for scheduling jobs in engineers' diaries, coordinating customer and engineer availability, and handling incoming and outgoing emails. Additionally, you will escalate any concerns or issues through our internal protocols.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a customer-facing role, with a background in both inbound and outbound calling. A minimum of 1 year in customer service and 1 year in sales (inbound/outbound) is required. Prior experience in planning and scheduling is highly desirable. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email, as well as strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Familiarity with Microsoft tools and bespoke in-house systems is a must.
