We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Reservations / Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote brand image internally and externally to drive awareness and loyalty among customers.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell customers and offer enhancements to create a better Marriott experience or event.
  • Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours and explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation.
  • Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour for a Marriott vacation club property.
  • Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage, such as rewards points or show tickets.
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities and services, receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior related work experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential.
  • No supervisory experience is necessary, but you must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • No license or certification is required.
