About the Role

We are seeking a talented Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Plc. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and driving revenue expansion.
  • LEAD A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM OF SALES PROFESSIONALS, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and developing customized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze business development data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business development strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • A formal tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and profitability analysis.
  • 8-10 years of relevant sales experience within FMCG, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Superior commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of sales processes, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to think strategically, develop innovative solutions, and drive results-oriented business development strategies.
