About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales revenue growth in the farm division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reviewing and making recommendations on policies, processes, and procedures for sales function
  2. Consulting with dealership team on sales, leads, sourcing strategies
  3. Introducing best sales practices to minimize costs
  4. Continuously developing networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of customers
  5. Researching competitors and suggesting appropriate pricing and promotional activities
  6. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships, marketing, aftersales, and other stakeholders
  7. Ensuring delivery of sales required
  8. Planning and forecasting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly through effective management of stock orders, back orders, and retail orders
  9. Ensuring customer and dealer satisfaction
  10. Planning and communicating sales targets in advance to enhance dealer relationship
  11. Scheduling forecasting activities
