Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team at iStaff Recruitment in Paarl or Wellington. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Your duties will include handling the loading and processing of invoices, coordinating and maintaining accurate vendor accounts, managing building operations, and liaising with service providers. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate records and files, processing employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork, and preparing and compiling letters, reports, and other general correspondence.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Grade 12 qualification, a suitable N6 qualification, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be trustworthy, reliable, and able to reside in Paarl or Wellington.

We offer a competitive salary of R120,000 - R150,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a 12-month contract basis. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is looking for a new challenge, please apply today
