We are seeking a skilled Energy Sustainability Specialist to join our Business Development Division at Watershed Consulting.

The role will report to the Technical Manager and involve a combined Commercial (Business Development) and Technical (Engineering Validation) responsibility, focusing on developing our Energy Services & Management portfolio.

SUMMARY OF ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sustainable financial growth by increasing energy-related sales and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction through effective business development.
  • Provide commercial and technical support using knowledge of factory utility operations, including cooling towers, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, and heat pumps.
  • Develop cost-effective engineering designs that ensure technical compliance with client requirements.
  • Conduct plant audits to develop energy management value propositions and manage design components for engineering studies.
  • Offer troubleshooting and operations optimization services for O&M contracts involving energy management.
  • Prepare designs and technical proposals for engineering studies and industrial tenders.
  • Collaborate with Tendering teams to ensure proposal profitability and sustainability.
  • Manage all clients, sales, leads, and opportunities within the designated CRM system.
  • Participate in developing and optimizing overall bid strategies and Sales & Marketing strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety legislation and contractual obligations throughout projects.
