Job Summary

The successful candidate will assist the Property Portfolio Manager in performing various duties, including administration, secretarial, and other tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration: Manage office supplies, consumables, and inventory. Arrange document printing, posting, or courier services. Handle stakeholder queries and assist with contractor or service provider work.
  • Secretarial: Attend to agendas, proxies, voting slips, nominations, and meeting minutes. Distribute AGM notices within regulatory timelines. Address client requests and queries within 2 days. Store and maintain records, including minutes, resolutions, attendance registers, and insurance policies.

  • Previous experience in administration or secretarial roles is advantageous

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
