Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Rectitude Recruit in Kimberley.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven data analysis skills, with expertise in Excel.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Able to identify and analyze previous sales data, with a focus on data analyst sales and loss.
- Handles a portfolio of approximately 1400 current accounts, with a willingness to study and analyze each account.
- Highly independent and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a petrol card, medical aid, and a performance-based commission.
