We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Zecutive Consultants. As an ideal candidate, you will possess a minimum Matric qualification, with relevant tertiary qualifications being highly recommended.

Your experience in a similar role should be accompanied by a strong understanding of social media marketing, sound computer skills, and a typing speed of 45+ words per minute with meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities will include data capture on Excel and MS Word, research on the internet using various software packages, and assisting with social media marketing and management of responses. You will also be responsible for typing documents, general administration, filing, copying, scanning, and handling enquiries.

Able to work independently, yet as part of a team, you will be responsible for supporting our directors and clients. In exchange for your exceptional skills and experience, we offer a market-related salary (approximately R200,000 - R300,000 per annum) with excellent career growth potential.
