Job Summary

Helderberg Personnel cc is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. This role will involve nurturing, qualifying, and converting leads through digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture leads from digital marketing campaigns by following up on inquiries generated through email, social media, and website interactions.
  • Qualify leads as sales opportunities and respond to inquiries from potential clients via email or chat.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services and present them to potential customers.
  • Assist sales representatives by scheduling appointments and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure a seamless transition of leads from qualification to closing.
  • Record, analyze, and report on sales activities and follow-up results.
  • Monitor and track key metrics related to sales development and digital lead follow-up activities.
  • Provide input on marketing strategies to increase lead generation and collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent Afrikaans language skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a fun and supportive team culture with regular team-building activities.
