Senior Sales Executive

We are a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in transaction volumes through effective product servicing and new biller onboarding.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales professional with excellent relationship management skills, able to take initiative and see tasks through to completion. The successful incumbent will be disciplined, persistent, and have a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing existing billers to grow transaction volumes
- Identifying and onboarding new billers
- Establishing trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
- Exploring innovative solutions and collaborating across the business to drive growth
- Acting as the primary interface between billers and departments within Liquid Thought
- Maintaining a strong marketing presence in conjunction with internal teams
- Liaising internally to ensure smooth operations for billers
- Tracking and reporting key business opportunities, sales analysis, and forecasts
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (preferable)
- 2-5 years' experience in sales, payments, or financial industries, with referenceable sales and relationship management experience
- Understanding of the payments environment (highly beneficial)
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel
- Fluency in English and good understanding of Afrikaans
This is a highly competitive opportunity offering a salary range of R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement annuity, and generous leave entitlements.
