We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team in Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to end-users, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-Line IT Support: Handle user inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Helpdesk Management: Log and track incidents, and implement effective solutions
- Device Support: Set up, configure, and support various devices and software applications
- Office 365 and Microsoft Platforms: Manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform utilization
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Diploma in Information Technology (NQF Level 5) preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Desktop Support
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365 Cloud Administration, Endpoint Manager, SharePoint Online, and other relevant technologies
