**Key Duties**:

- Install and upgrade hardware for laptops and desktops, loads operating systems and driver (Experience with HP and Dell is an advantage)
- Troubleshoot hardware issues e.g laptops, AV conferencing equipment, printers etc.
- Logging calls and troubleshooting with device vendors for faulty equipment
- Assist with keeping up to date records on all IT equipment and performs routine inspection of equipment.
- Run through morning checks, e.g check all AV equipment is plugged in and working.
- Monitor and update the helpdesk system.
- Assist with basic training on various systems.

**Desired Skills**:

- A+ / N+
- 1-2 years experience in a desktop support role
- Familiarity with operating systems in a networked environment.
