Customer Service and Administration Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service and Administration Specialist to join our team at First Degree Recruitment in Johannesburg.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer service and administrative duties professionally and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Conduct follow-up calls for new and returning customers and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Capture and update customer data accurately, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks, maintaining organized records and documents.
- Assist with switchboard operations during receptionist breaks, ensuring seamless communication.
- Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to company dress code policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- Computer literacy, with experience in industry-relevant systems and software.
- Relevant experience in the motor industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional support.
Benefits:
This is a competitive role offering a salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance and retirement plan.
