Job Description
This role involves providing technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting telecoms and IT-related issues, offering effective solutions in a timely manner, and escalating complex technical issues to higher support levels as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and customer service to clients via various communication channels.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot telecoms and IT-related issues, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels as needed while maintaining communication with the customer.
- Documentation: Log and document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 1 year of experience in Customer Experience (CX), IT Helpdesk, or IT Service Desk roles. You should also possess a solid understanding of telecoms and IT concepts and hold a minimum of a Certificate or Higher National Certificate in a technical field, such as A+, N+, or telecommunications.
