Reception and Customer Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the switchboard and front desk of the office, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Manage quotations, COD orders, courier services, customer queries, backorders, goods returned, complaints, and credit requests.
• Maintain the company's Safety, Housekeeping, and Quality Standards.
• Document telephone orders onto an Order Form.
• Check all fax, internet, and E Mail orders and print them out.
• Capture all orders into Macola accurately and ensure that the prices are as per the approved pricelist for that customer.
• Reconcile EPS, Surgitrack, and Orderwise orders from Macola to the systems.
• Prepare monthly reports.
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least 2 years in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel).
Estimated Salary: R 220,000 - R 320,000 per annum.
