Job Overview

The Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Services Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in supporting the Executive Manager: Corporate Services.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent administrative skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong understanding of business operations. As a Corporate Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to the Executive Manager: Corporate Services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Manager: Corporate Services, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and car hire for the Executive Manager: Corporate Services and the Corporate Services team as required.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, including the CEO, Executive Management, and related stakeholders, on behalf of the Executive Manager: Corporate Services.
  • General Administration: Assist with general administration tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 or equivalent plus NQF 6 Administration Management Qualification; Preferred Requirement: NQF 7 qualification in Business Management or Public Sector Management.
  • Experience: Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in supporting Executives in a PFMA environment; Preferred Requirement: Relevant experience in a Public Sector/Seta environment.
